Sparky's BUTTERKNIFE is a personal side project of professional drummer Christopher Spiridigliozzi. Christopher is a working drummer, professional vintage drum restorer & drum tech in Baltimore MD.  Christopher previously recorded & toured internationally with Sean K. Preston (seankpreston.com) from 2013 to 2023 and is a veteran indie music maker & former singer, songwriter & guitar player for Baltimore's Mother Jefferson (motherjefferson.bandcamp.com)

Sparky's BUTTERKNIFE is an avenue for his original songs that pull him from behind the drum kit from time to time & may feature different players & collaborators, but is mostly a solo endeavor.

Songs range in style from concise power pop structured 3 minute slices to historical epics & experimental sound collage to garage rompers. Anything goes, But all sounds still strongly maintain a cohesive, unifying sound that is unique to Christopher's work.
